Scaled particle theory

Scaled Particle Theory (SPT) is a theoretical framework used primarily in statistical mechanics and condensed matter physics to study the properties of fluids, particularly in the context of small particles or solutes interacting with a solvent. Developed in the 1960s, the theory provides a systematic way to analyze the behavior of fluids with respect to the size and interactions of particles.
