National Administrative Department of Statistics

The National Administrative Department of Statistics (Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, or DANE) is the official statistical agency of Colombia. It is responsible for producing and disseminating high-quality statistical information that supports the country's development and informs public policy and decision-making. DANE conducts various statistical surveys and studies, including population censuses, economic and social surveys, and other demographic and economic statistics.
