Pulsed field gradient

Pulsed field gradient (PFG) is a technique used in various areas of physics and chemistry, notably in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. It involves the application of a gradient magnetic field to manipulate the behavior of magnetic spins in a sample.
