Norman Rostoker

Norman Rostoker (1925–2023) was a physicist known for his contributions to nuclear fusion and plasma physics. He played a significant role in advancing research in fusion energy, including work on techniques and devices aimed at achieving controlled thermonuclear reactions. Rostoker was also involved in the development of various fusion concepts and was a professor at the University of California, Irvine.
